|Recommended: YesOverall a good complex — The condo’s are good quality living. All the staff’s are friendly and willing to help whenever. Compare to other condominiums with many amenities like pools, roof top lounge, etc.. it’s slightly on the expensive side.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, good location, very pleased. — We have hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides we have a corner unit , heat resistent stone countertops, and an abundance of storage space. We can hear the upstairs neighbors more than I would like sometimes, but that's mostly because the scream and shout more than your average neighbor. We love the coffee machine downstairs on slow mornings and having an elevator made moving in a lot easier. Seems like a great place to be right now. Grocery store and gas station right across the street, quick access to dodge or the interstate, only a few minutes from midtown or elmwood. Long term lease options helped us lock in a lower rent and the leasing agent was friendly and helped us get in a good unit for our needs, we were recommended to look here at bos after we toured the Spaces downtown. The same guy showed us both and helped us nail out a price and unit that worked. Overall, im very happy with the experience so far.
